Do you ship internationally?

At this time Sobel Skin RX is only available in US.

Can I only purchase products through the website?

At this time, Sobel Skin RX is only available on www.sobelskinrx.com and Sephora.com

How much is shipping?

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

$7.00 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA

$12.00 for 2 day expedited

How long before I can receive my order?

The processing time for orders is 48 hours. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 2-5 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or restocks, this time may vary.

Sobel Skin RX is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Yes we do, however please be aware that shipping may take longer than usual depending on where it is being shipped to.

How can I check the status of my order?

Why was I charged twice?

You will only be charged for what you purchased, if you see duplicate charges, please give it a few days and it should fall off and the issue should be rectified automatically. However if it still remains and you are positive you only placed one order, please send us an email to info@sobelskinrx.com with a screenshot of the duplicate charge for further assistance.

I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at info@sobelskinrx.com with your inquiry.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Does Sobel Skin RX use parabens or sulfates?

Sobel Skin RX does not use parabens or sulfates in any of our products.

Are the products safe to use for all skin types?

All products were formulated to be safe for all skin types but if you have specific concerns, please consult your doctor with the list of ingredients found on the website.

Have your products all been tested by a dermatologist?

Yes, all products have been tested by a board certified dermatologist, and have passed all required safety testing.

Can I use the products while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Our products have all been safety tested, but because of our highly active ingredients, it’s best to check with your doctor while pregnant or breastfeeding.

Why does my bottle of 4.5% Retinol Night treatment look slightly yellowish?

This is normal. Our bottles are glass and slightly translucent and our formulas are high concentration. Pure Retinol is bright yellow in appearance. Because we formulate our product at a high concentration that will actually deliver results to the skin, the cream that the Retinol is contained in looks slightly yellow. If another skin cream says it contains Retinol, but is pure white in color, chances are it does not contain enough Retinol or the retinol has already broken down so you will not see the same results.

Are the products Fragrance Free?

Our products are all unscented and Fragrance Free.

What’s the best way to pump the products in the bottles?

Due to our sustainable glass packaging system and high concentration emulsions, please prime prior to use by pumping for 1-2 minutes until the first dose of the high potency product is dispensed.

How do I return my order?

Thank you again for your Sobel Skin Rx purchase. We want you to love Sobel Skin Rx and the skin you’re in. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange a product, please follow the steps below.

  • • Download and complete the return request form here.
  • • Email the completed form to info@drsobelskinrx.com
  • • Expect a response from a Sobel Skin Rx customer care representative within 48 business hours.
  • • Once the return is authorized, please return the partially used product, in its original packaging, to: Sobel Skin Rx Customer Care, 960A Park Ave, NY, NY 10028
  • • Upon receipt of the product, we will apply the purchase price refund to the credit card provided within 48 business hours.
  • • The refund will not include shipping costs, if any.
  • • A confirmation email will be forwarded once the refund is processed.

What if my product is damaged?

Although we take great care to pack your order, sometimes (although rarely), products can arrive damaged for reasons out of our control. Should this happen, please follow these easy steps to receive a replacement product:

  • • Email the completed form along with a photo of the damaged package to info@drsobelskinrx.com
  • • A Sobel Skin Rx customer care representative will respond to you within 48 business hours.
  • • Once the return request is authorized, a replacement item will be processed and shipped to your mailing address within 48 business hours.
  • • A confirmation email with shipment tracking number will be provided once the shipment is processed.

Sometimes people change their mind. If you would like to exchange your unopened package for a different Sobel Skin Rx product, please follow these easy steps:

  • • A Sobel Skin Rx customer care representative will respond to you within 48 business hours.

  • • Upon receipt of the product, the exchange will be processed and shipped to the provided mailing address within 48 business hours.

Do I have to pay return shipping costs?

We’re sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your items. We recommend that if you are shipping an item over $75 that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking or insurance. If a return item is lost in the shipment back, we cannot issue a refund.
